"Driven by your needs, shaped by your vision, grounded in unity"

MENTAL HEALTH, WELLBEING AND VOLUNTEERING

Monica Rowley
Our vision is to promote a good state of wellbeing and mental health within the Spanish and Portuguese speaking communities living in London. We pay particular focus on the state of being healthy, feeling positive and connected, being safe and reducing social isolation. Our holistic approach enables individuals to build confidence and knowledge, in order to function in society and meet the ordinary demands of everyday life.
We recognise that having access to quality healthcare is essential for everyone, so we offer free advice and guidance through our qualified advisers so you can access the community care and both physical and mental health services that are offered by the National Health Service (NHS). We also organise specific workshops to improve awareness of how to lead both a physically and mentally healthy life. These sessions centre around alternative therapies to promote physical exercise and combat social isolation. Workshops on how to deal with long term conditions will also be available.
