INTEGRAL SUPPORT PROJECT FOR SPANISH AND PORTUGUESE-SPEAKING WOMEN At Latin American Disabled People's Project, with the generous support of Smallwood Trust and The National Lottery Community Fund, we have launched a new project aimed at providing comprehensive support to Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking women in our community. This project’s primary goal is to empower women to strengthen their confidence and achieve their personal and professional goals. Through practical tools and resources, we aim to foster the development of skills that will contribute to a brighter future for them and their families. Project Services:
Housing Advice: Personalized guidance to ensure housing stability and prevent situations of vulnerability, such as the risk of losing secure housing.
Mental Health Workshops and Support Gruops: Sessions focused on stress management, emotional well-being, and building supportive networks.
Financial Education: Training workshops to effectively manage finances, reduce debt, and plan for a more secure economic future.
English for Work Classes: Courses specifically designed to improve language skills for office work environments, thereby expanding employment opportunities.
Through this program, we aim to improve the quality of life for our beneficiaries by enhancing their mental well-being, professional skills, and economic stability. Furthermore, by securing stable access to essential services such as housing, we help significantly reduce their vulnerability to social and economic challenges. With this effort, we reaffirm our commitment to building a more equitable and supportive community where every woman can reach her full potential.
