Community Roots: Homelessness Prevention and Resilience Project

Community Roots is the LADPP specialised housing and homelessness prevention project, funded by London Councils. We support across all London boroughs, Latin Americans who are living in temporary accommodation, homeless or at risk of losing their house.

We also help our clients in their journey to build the skills needed to live independently. Our Spanish and Portugues speaking team, supports them overcoming barriers such as language, social and digital exclusion, disabilities or mental health challenges.

Who do we support?

  • We support people across all London boroughs aged 25 and over who speak Spanish or Portuguese.
  • People who are homeless or people with problems with landlords in private housing.
  • People in temporary accommodation.
  • People at risk of losing their home.
